Eskimo Joe have had a phenomenal year so far debuting at #1 in the album charts, and remaining there for 4 weeks. Their first single Black Fingernails, Red Wine has surpassed Platinum Sales, while their album is now a TRIPLE PLATINUM album & still counting.
The band left the day after their successful ARIA awards last October to film the clip in NY at various locations such as Time Square, Central park and Soho. The powerful NEW YORK video was directed by Bart Borghesi, who also directed ‘Black Fingernails, Red Wine’ and ‘Sarah’. The NEW YORK film clip was Channel [v] Ripe clip, MTV ‘s Spankin’ New Clip straight out of the box as well as VH1’s XXL clip of the week.
The single contains all new B-Sides, including a new song specially recorded for this single titled “A Little Desire Called Love” & 2 tracks from their recent MAX sessions recorded at the Opera House in Sydney.
